Due to the sensitive and perishable nature of our fresh organic produce, Suhriday Organic strictly enforces a No Return Policy.
We cannot accept the return of any delivered fresh vegetables for safety and hygiene reasons.
Quality Claims and Resolution
If you receive a product that is damaged, spoiled, or significantly below standard, you may submit a claim for resolution:
Claim Window: Claims must be reported within 4 hours of the delivery time.
Required Proof: You must provide clear photographic or video evidence of the damaged product along with your order number.
Resolution: Upon verification and approval of the claim, the compensation will be processed as follows:
Store Credit: A credit note for the value of the damaged item(s) will be issued to your Suhriday Organic account.
Discount: Additionally, we will provide a discount coupon to be used on your next purchase as compensation for the inconvenience.
Non-Perishable Goods (Oils, Grains, etc.)
Returns or replacements for non-perishable items are accepted only if the product is delivered in a damaged, leaking, or incorrect condition.
A request for return or replacement must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only if the request is received before the order status changes to “Processing” or “Shipped.”
If a cancellation is successful, a full refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
